In a warm, peaceful and soothing atmosphere, allow yourself to fully relax, ideally unclothed, breathing deeply as the first signs of release appear. A slow and sensual journey begins across your entire body: gentle and skilled hands glide over your skin, spreading warm, fragrant oil with care and presence — back, lower back, legs, feet, torso, arms and hands (yoni and lingam included only in the full INTEGRAL massage). Muscles gradually relax, tensions dissolve, and a deep sense of well-being emerges.
For obvious hygiene reasons, a shower is required before the session. A shower after the massage is also recommended to remove any traces of oil. Shower gel, shampoo and fresh towels are, of course, provided for your comfort. Refreshments and warm drinks are offered before or after your session.
